With this member letter I inform you about the new collective labor agreement for contract catering. On June 8 there is a membership letter sent to Members on the negotiated result achieved with the request to vote on it.

Voting results
The members of De Unie and the other trade unions have agreed with the negotiated outcome. The situation is complicated for employers. Employers' association VOCC and a number of large employers such as Sodexo, ISS, KCS and Compass Group support the collective labor agreement result. Other employers not (yet). The trade unions and employers that support the collective labor agreement have issued a press release about this.
Continuation
Now that the supporters of the trade unions and employers have agreed, the agreed agreements are being converted into formal CLA texts in a new CLA Contract Catering. As soon as the new collective labor agreement is in place, the members will be notified by me. In view of the summer period, I expect those texts to be ready in the autumn. So to be continued.
