With this newsletter I inform you about a negotiation result that the parties to the collective agreement have reached with each other on a new collective labor agreement for Contract Catering.

Exploratory conversations
The current time and the uncertain future made this collective labor agreement process different from previous years. We have had several exploratory discussions with the aim of reaching new collective labor agreements. Employers have indicated that they want to make new agreements on a number of matters in a so-called CLA for catering 2.0. This concerns, among other things, new structural agreements on functions, remuneration, working hours, training/development and mobility. The trade unions were prepared to discuss this and want to involve everyone (employees, employers and clients). The basic principle of the trade unions is that the value of current collective labor agreements remains at least the same with new agreements.
Negotiation result
After many discussions, we have made agreements about the upcoming collective labor agreement and the collective labor agreement thereafter. In essence, we have agreed that we will extend the current collective labor agreement, conduct two collective labor agreements with newly recruited employees and involve the employees and employers in the so-called collective labor agreement 2.0 as of 1 April 2022.
