Preparation for periodic consultation with Achmea

Preparation for periodic consultation

The next periodic meeting with Achmea will take place on Thursday 4 February 2021. There are two subjects on the agenda for which a lot of time has been set aside. This concerns the outsourcing by Zilveren Kruis of parts of Claims Processing to DocCare and the loss of jobs as a result. The employees have now been informed which activities are in scope for this outsourcing. In addition, a lot of time has been set aside for the proposed policy with regard to Healthy Working and Wellbeing.

Achmea is actively supporting employees who work from home. There is a dynamic response to new developments. De Unie for example, receives a positive response from members as a result of the Healthy Home Working Day workshop that Achmea offers. We will of course also feed positive findings back to Achmea.

Retirement

Dates have been set for a study into the new pension scheme. The current agreements expire at the end of this year. New agreements must therefore be made for your pension scheme for the year 2022. We are starting with a study of developments in pension legislation, quite a few changes are coming our way.

This pension study is held on the following dates:

  • March 24 2021
  • April 21, 2021
  • May 26, 2021

The results of the pension study will be included in the collective labor agreement consultations that will probably start after the summer.
