It will come on June 30, 2024 Achmea's current social plan to the end. Achmea recently indicated that it wishes to extend this social plan largely unchanged. It is important to mention that Achmea currently does not foresee any major reorganizations or relocations.
De Unie is in principle in favor of extending the current social plan. This plan is a valuable addition to the legal regulations, including the transition compensation, and has previously received broad support from our members.
