This was then followed by a vote by the members of the trade unions and the employers. You can read the results of the vote below.

Voting result
The members of De Unie voted in favor of the negotiated result by a very large majority. The members of the other trade unions and the employers' supporters have also given their consent. Both the members who voted for and against have commented on the level of the wage increase in relation to the current inflation. This feedback has also been shared with the employers.
Continuation
The follow-up is now that the agreements from the negotiation result are incorporated in the text of the new collective labor agreement for the Insurers. When the new collective labor agreement text is ready, you will receive it digitally.
