We have agreed on a salary increase of 8% as of January 1, 2024. In addition, agreements have been made for a basic pension scheme under the Future Pensions Act regarding, among other things, the type of scheme, ambition, flat premium, partner and orphan's pension. A number of articles in the collective labor agreement have been further clarified or simplified, such as the vitality scheme, additional and overtime scheme, informal care, equal treatment of part-timers and public holidays.

The Working Conditions Catalog and Work Pressure Meter will also be continued, as will the Work Code and the statutory RVU scheme. During the term of the collective labor agreement, research will be conducted into pay differences between men and women. Based on the results of this study, the collective labor agreement parties discuss possible solutions.

The collective labor agreement parties support initiatives in the industry to attract suitable talent from education and to promote the insurance industry through Insurer Month. Employees' trade union membership is also encouraged and is therefore 50% reimbursed by employers for twelve months.

In the negotiation result you will find all agreements about the 2023-2024 collective labor agreement.
