On Thursday January 6, 2022 have De Unie, the other trade unions and the employer's delegation of the insurers reached a negotiated result for a new collective labor agreement as of 1 January 2022. Below you can read the most important points from this result.

Negotiation result
- Employers have adjusted their previously made offer from 1,7% to 2,75% as of February 1, 2022 and again 2023% for 2,75, but as of 1-1-2023.
- It is a collective labor agreement for two years.
- From 3e WW year (PAWW) is extended for 5 years. The premium for 2022 is 0,2% of the gross salary and is for the account of the employee.
- The RVU is completed by allocating the maximum amount and a reference period of ten years.
- With regard to time- and place-independent working (TPOW), we have agreed that sample regulations will be included in the appendices to the new collective labor agreement.
- The leave schemes have been expanded with, among other things, a supplement to / compensation for parental leave.

Stemming
The members have received an invitation to vote until January 23, 2022. If the members of the trade unions and the supporters of the employers have given their consent, the negotiated result will be incorporated in the new collective labor agreement for the Insurers. As soon as this new collective labor agreement booklet is ready, you will receive it digitally.
