In this post, I, representative Emanuel Geurts, inform you about the proposals of De Unie for the negotiations on a new collective labor agreement as of 1 January 2022 for the insurers.

Start negotiations
Next Monday, September 13, negotiations will start with a physical meeting at the Association between the trade unions and employers. The theme of this first meeting is the explanation of the letters of proposal from the parties to the collective labor agreement. Negotiations are then scheduled until December in order to reach concrete agreements with each other.
Effort De Unie
The deployment of De Unie was established after collecting the input from the members (thanks for that!), internal coordination and consultation with our CLA executive. Our commitment to the 2022 collective labor agreement can be found here.
