Based on all input, we have summarized the following points:

  • Collective salary increase from inflation + 1%
  • Broadening individual salary increases and better opportunities to grow in function and scale
  • Working arrangement discussing, among other things, the use of the NS business card, working from home budget and parking options
  • A personal development budget
  • Evaluate and improve vitality and sustainability tools
  • Increase employer's contribution
  • Stimulate trade union membership.

What do you think employers should do about inflation?

On September 22 we will start with the hot topic, namely the collective wage increase! The inflation figures are rising, of course you have noticed that. We ask for inflation +1%. What do you expect from the employer? To what extent do you think that the price increase should be compensated by collective wage increases? Members have been invited to complete a short survey. The more responses we receive, the stronger the story to Arcadis.

Every day of negotiation we deal with different topics. We ask for your opinion and information in advance. Keep following our posts on the topics that are important to you!

Please note!

We are still looking for an executive to join me at the negotiating table! It is nice if there is someone from the employees who can put the explanation of the employer in context and knows how it works in practice. In the breaks between the consultations, you can outline the employee's perspective to the unions. This way we can negotiate better for you and your colleagues.
