The current collective labor agreement runs until 1 January 2023. De Unie is now negotiating your new employment conditions, including, of course, the wages. De Unie goes for a wage increase in line with inflation. We also want to extend the current social plan unchanged. Will there be a salary increase? You can help determine that!
