Executive group
The new collective labor agreement is almost a fact, but we are already thinking about the next round of negotiations! Our executive group is of great importance in this regard. Executives are members who would like to be extra involved in shaping employment conditions within their company or sector. They form the sounding board of the advocate and are the eyes and ears in the organization. The group makes decisions on behalf of the members, for example about the letter of proposal to the employer. They are also directly involved in the actual negotiations. Also interested?
