Insurance companies: Negotiations collective agreement

With this newsletter I, representative Emanuel Geurts, inform you about the start of negotiations on a new collective labor agreement for insurers as of 1 January 2022.

Start negotiations

Negotiations started last Monday 13 September between De Unie, the other trade unions and employers. This first meeting was devoted to the explanation of the proposed letters of the parties to the collective labor agreement. The effort of De Unie I have explained where necessary for the 2022 collective labor agreement negotiations. Employers have their introduce explained and for the time being no wage offer and term have been included.

After the explanations, we discussed proposals such as the working conditions catalogue, early retirement scheme (RVU), diversity and inclusion, social fund, sustainable employability, leave schemes and the nature of the minimum collective labor agreement.

The next round is scheduled for next Monday, September 27. On the agenda are time and place independent working (TPOW), sustainable employability (DI), the work code and the social fund. After the 27e Negotiations are scheduled until December in order to reach concrete agreements with each other.
