De Unie has been conducting collective labor agreement negotiations with NN since September this year. We have agreed to aim to conclude the negotiations this year. The members ask for clarity quickly. Since our member message of November 6, 2023, we have had two days of negotiations. A lot happened in those two days.

After a meager starting offer, NN has made important concessions in the social plan and in the salary section. NN has also adopted our proposal to offer a generation scheme to employees. De Unie has also withdrawn some of our proposals and adjusted the salary increase proposal. We would now like to discuss with the members what is important to them.
Employee meeting

Follow-up consultation
The last collective labor agreement meeting will be on Thursday, November 30, 2023. On this last day, we must work towards an end result. NN has also indicated that it wants to provide clarity to employees. If you wish to respond in writing, please do so no later than Monday, November 27, 2023.
