It's time again for the new collective labor agreement negotiations at dnata. There is no sector collective labor agreement for cargo yet and the current collective labor agreement will expire at the end of this year. That is why we will make new proposals to dnata to include in a forthcoming collective labor agreement.
Concept of proposal letter
The negotiations start with a letter of proposal from us to the employer. We listened carefully to you during the previous membership meetings. We also had preliminary consultations with our executives. We have recorded possible wishes in a draft proposal letter, which you can use here .
Member meeting
If you have any comments or comments on this letter, please let us know. We can add propositions to it and we can take propositions out of it.
First negotiation
After this meeting, the final proposal letter will be drawn up. We will share this with dnata and then we will inform the members about the first negotiation date for the new collective labor agreement.
