dnata Amsterdam: Result of collective labor agreement voting

January 04 2024

The voting results are in. The negotiation result has been approved by the members! 100% of the members have approved. This means that there is a new collective labor agreement at dnata with a term from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. For the sake of completeness, you will find here the negotiation result. The full collective labor agreement text will follow later.

What are the points of attention that have been given?

Members indicate that they like that there is room for individual growth again, also in the higher scales. This means that a step can be taken in percentage terms and not just in euros.

Newsletters

A number of members did not receive our newsletter, or it ended up in the spam folder. For those who reported to us, we have resolved this. Share this email with colleagues and check with colleagues who you know are members whether they have received the email. If anyone is not receiving the newsletter, please have them email us.

How further?

The collective labor agreement texts are still being fine-tuned, as soon as they are final we will share them with you. In addition, dnata is currently also in the process of negotiating a forthcoming sector collective labor agreement for cargo, together with Menzies, Swissport and WFS. Because De Unie does not have sufficient support at the other three companies, we do not participate in negotiating the sector collective labor agreement. If the sector collective labor agreement is established, this means that there will no longer be a new dnata collective labor agreement in 2025 and that we as De Unie no longer negotiating for your collective labor agreement. If the sector collective labor agreement is not reached and if a collective labor agreement has to be renegotiated at dnata itself, we will of course continue to participate. In addition, the individual service remains the same as it has always been. As a member of De Unie you retain all your rights. However, we will not be sitting at the table in the sector collective labor agreement negotiations.
