To put it mildly, the management's offer has not gone down well with anyone. During the canteen meeting, it was clearly called for this time to show in time that something has to be done. We decided together that as a first step we would offer the employer a petition to show that no one is pleased with this offer. The more people sign, the clearer the sound. What do we want now?
It is very clear what needs to be done to hire more people, improve income and improve the situation in the workplace:
- A better wage offer
- A healthier grid
- Renewal of the function house
- Parking costs and mileage allowance
- The age for night work may not be raised.
- The right attention for sustainable employability, safety and work pressure
- Thorough scheme for early retirement and long-term retirement.
What else can you do?
Also share the petition with colleagues who are not yet members of a union and let us know what you think. Ultimately, you decide what we agree to and what we don't.
