Propose De Unie

You will find our proposals here. The proposal letter has been drawn up in consultation with the members of De Unie.

Structural salary increase

The members have indicated that after years of wage moderation, they mainly want a salary increase. Rising inflation is causing the members of De Unie to care.

Retirement

Your pension scheme must change as a result of the pension agreement. Between 2023 and 2028, all pension plans will have to be adjusted gradually. This also requires adjustments to your collective labor agreement. But amending the collective labor agreement articles alone is not sufficient.

If the transitional arrangement is not carefully worked out, this can be very disadvantageous for you. Unfortunately, you only find out years later, when you retire. Then it is too late for adjustments.

In the meantime, we have learned a lot about the defined contribution schemes that were made possible in the collective labor agreement a few years ago. It is precisely these schemes that now appear to have achieved insufficient pension results.

Working from home

After almost two years of working from home, it is clear that working from home at the banks is part of the normal working pattern. De Unie wants to make good agreements about this. And we also want to make good agreements about the right to work in the office.

We believe that a good working conditions and technically responsible home workplace is a condition of employment. There should also be a work-from-home allowance.

Continuation

The next meeting will be on November 29, 2021. Then the employers will explain their proposals, and we will start the real negotiations.
