At the beginning of this year, we indicated that we had started preparing new collective labor agreements. De Unie has chosen – in consultation with the executives – to base our proposals not only on the opinion/views of our members, but also of other colleagues. We call this the DigiC process.

By De Unie together with fellow unions and Achmea, an assignment was given to an independent agency (Innervoice) to organize panel discussions and a survey among all employees. You should have been able to participate in a panel discussion and/or complete the survey.
Innervoice has now drawn up a report and has De Unie – on the basis of this report – explained its proposals on 21 September in the first collective labor agreement meeting. It is worth mentioning that we also looked at the outcome of the recent survey on the 34-hour working week.
In the proposal letter contains a further explanation of the so-called DigiC process, the main findings of the aforementioned report and the proposals that we have linked to it.
Achmea will soon also share its own collective labor agreement proposals with all employees.
The collective labor agreement negotiations will be continued in the coming weeks. We will of course keep you informed.
