As a collective bargaining party, De Unie is directly involved with ASML in the Netherlands. We represent the interests of employees by conducting early and regular consultations. De Unie plays an important role in the establishment of the collective labour agreement and other terms and conditions of employment. These lead the way in many respects and serve as an example for other organisations in the Netherlands.

Representation of collective interests

De Unie is there for you, in good times and bad! To conclude appealing CLAs and good redundancy packages if necessary. However, in the background, we are constantly monitoring the state of affairs such as the implementation of collective bargaining projects, strategy developments, pilots and studies and naturally maintaining good contact with the works council on which members of De Unie are also represented. All of these things concern you, and De Unie is there to represent your interests.

If you are dealing with an imminent individual conflict, or you would like personal advice in the areas of career development, retirement or other work-related matters, De Unie is also there to represent your interests.
