What do you think?
In order to properly represent the interests of the employees at ASML, listen in the discussion about terms of employment De Unie gladly in the opinion of all employees. For this reason, we had the DigiC study carried out by MWM30-Innervoice last year, between March 17 and April 2, together with ASML. More than 7.000 colleagues completed this DigiC survey. You can read the results of this representative research here read. In front of De Unie these results are leading in the discussions with ASML about terms of employment.
Our first conclusion is that there are already many good terms of employment. We do not want to change what has been properly arranged. But the DigiC survey that you have filled in en masse shows that there is also room for improvement.
