VGZ: report on collective bargaining agreements

Last week the collective labor agreement negotiations took place for a new collective labor agreement. Below is a brief report of the meeting.

The parties have explained their proposals. You can here the proposals of De Unie read. For example, we talked about May 5 as a fixed day off, the homework allowance and the 63+ pilot. We haven't gone in depth yet. But that will be on the agenda for the next meeting.

And we also talked about pay. In addition, De Unie indicated that wages are currently one of the most important topics. We see high inflation, expensive groceries and energy prices rising. And everyone notices that in the wallet.
