Stemming

Members of De Unie have been invited to cast a vote. Voting is possible until Monday 30 August 2021.

Summary

Important agreements are:

Collective salary increase

  • 1,25% on September 1, 2021
  • 2,30% on March 1, 2022

Because the salary increase will not take effect until 1 September 2021 instead of 1 June 2021, you will receive a one-off payment from VGZ that is equal to the 'missed' amount.

Work from home arrangement

The agreements regarding working from home will become part of the collective labor agreement.

There will be an investigation into the travel expenses scheme because traveling with own transport is not reimbursed proportionally.

Workload

We are introducing a system to track and compare the workload

Adjustment Salary Scale JL and KM

The salary scales J and L are merged, the same applies to the salary scales K and M.

This is an improvement for the positions that are now remunerated in salary scale J and K, respectively.

The current salary groups are as follows:

Minimum Maximum
J € 4567 € 6524
K € 5114 € 7291
L € 4744 € 6778
M € 5523 € 7890

In the new situation these are:

Minimum Maximum
JL € 4744 € 6778
KM € 5523 € 7890

Third year of unemployment

The scheme that entitles you to extended unemployment benefits will be extended.

Leave savings

You will have more room to save for a longer leave.
