In the past period, the members have been able to vote on the final offer for the new collective labor agreement. A large majority voted against the final offer.
I, Harma Pethke (advocate) have spoken and emailed many of you. Thank you very much for that. The most frequently cited reason for voting against is clear. That's the salary increase. It is too low and the starting date could also be earlier.
We reported this to VGZ. VGZ has indicated that it is now considering internally. Of course we respect that. We have indicated that we would like to consult again. We assume that we will receive a message from VGZ next week.
