On July 9, 2021 De Unie again consulted with VGZ. We have tried to conclude a collective labor agreement that suits VGZ and in which the interests of the employees are represented. In the negotiation result that we can achieve at VGZ, the points come from the proposal letter of De Unie insufficient return. But it also contains agreements that Union members might be satisfied with. That's why . has De Unie agreed with VGZ to present the negotiated result to the members so that they have the opportunity to express themselves.

The negotiation result is shown first de Uniemembers submitted. After all, the members determine whether the collective labor agreement is actually concluded.
The parties still need some time to determine the text of the negotiating agreement. When the text is ready, members of De Unie a message containing the negotiation agreement and a voting form. The members will probably receive our message on Friday 16 July 2021. We will then observe a wide voting period because many members will take their holidays in the coming weeks.
