The members of De Unie the majority approved the final offer that NN made on December 6, 2023.
The result was as follows:
85% of the votes were positive
13% of the votes were negative
2% abstained
Consult with NN
This concludes the collective labor agreement negotiations. De Unie NN has informed that a collective labor agreement has been reached between NN and De Unie. We have also asked for an evaluation of the recent collective labor agreement negotiations. We strive to bring collective labor agreements through good consultation to a negotiation result that all parties can support.
And although the final offer has been accepted by the members, there has been insufficient opportunity to sufficiently discuss some important issues. As a result, NN's personnel policy development is lagging behind.

In addition to the requested evaluation, two other topics are on the agenda in the first half of 2024. Pension and individual salary increase.
Individual salary increase
During the collective labor agreement negotiations, NN agreed to: De Unie to discuss individual salary increases. De Unie believes that the individual salary steps are too small, which means that it takes too long for an employee to reach the maximum of his scale.
Retirement
The pension scheme must be adapted to the new legislation (WTP). This applies to the current pension scheme, in which pension is accrued at Be Frank. And it applies to the various closed pension funds (NN CDC scheme, Delta Lloyd pension fund and ING Pension Fund). Our members will receive more information about this in early 2024 De Unie.
