On December 6, 2023, we had the last collective labor agreement consultation with NN Group. During this consultation we were able to make a number of additional agreements, in addition to the proposal that NN made on November 14, 2023.

In this message we explain what was achieved in the consultation of December 6. Now an end situation has emerged. De Unie now presents the outcome of the negotiations to the members.
Members have received an invitation to vote no later than Wednesday, December 20, 2023.

This is NN's final offer
- Duration of 2 years.
- Collective wage increase: salaries and salary scales will increase by 1% on May 2024, 5 and on
May 1, 2025 be increased by 3%. - The one-off payment will be increased from €1.500 net to €2.000 net to be paid out in January 2024.
- The travel time criterion is adjusted. The travel time criterion is relevant if your work is moved to another location or if you are placed in a suitable position at another location, causing your travel time to exceed 1,5 hours one way. You can then rely on the social plan if you are obliged to work more than 1 day per week at your new location. (This was for 3 days or more).
- The work-from-home allowance will be increased to €35 per month.
NN also listened to the objection of De Unie that salary growth due to individual salary increases (the April increases) leads to too long a growth path. NN has agreed to make agreements with trade unions before July 1, 2024 about increasing the individual salary increase so that employees grow more quickly to the maximum scale salary. This acceleration will especially help employees who are paid at a low salary scale. This agreement is not included in the final offer because it is not sufficiently specific.
Final situation
This has reached a final position in the negotiations. De Unie submits the proposal to the members. You can read NN's full proposal here read. The opinion of De Unie is also mentioned in the proposal. Many points from our proposal letter have also not been realized. That is unfortunate, De Unie had also made improvement proposals in consultation with the members that are also in the interest of the employer. We had hoped to achieve more in this regard.
And further
The floor is now up to the members. If the members of De Unie agree to this proposal De Unie sign the collective labor agreement. If the proposal is rejected, we will discuss with the members what follow-up actions can be taken.
On December 21, 2023, members will receive a message with the results of the vote.
