On December 13th De Unie informed about the name changes within Sitech Services. On June 1, 2023, Sitech was split into two independent companies: Sitech Services (acquired by Ebert Hera) and Sitech Holding.
For Sitech Holding, this meant the start of a journey towards an independent, ambitious company. “A company that focuses on supporting the chemical industry in its transition to a sustainable future, with innovative infrastructure solutions,” the message said.
From November 27, 2023, Sitech Holding's activities will continue under a new name: Circle Infra Partners.
“A new name for a company with a long history. Circle owns part of the infrastructure at Chemelot in the field of rail, roads, sewerage, buildings and operates a large water treatment plant," according to another message from Christian Widdershoven (CEO).
The above activities are placed under the legal entity Circle Infra Partners B.V., with the following subsidiaries: Circle Infra Services B.V. and Circle Wastewater Services B.V.
