Following on from the message of September 20, 2023, here is the explanation of the overtime scheme for employees in salary scales C39 to C41, as included in the addendum that we sent to the members yesterday. You will find the explanation here.
To make a long story short:
- No surcharge for the first two hours, but there is a surcharge for the third hour (and beyond). With sliding (variable) working hours, this is actually more favorable than our own proposal to calculate it from 19:00 PM.
We assume that this explanation is sufficient.
