Shell-HR's opinion and our opinion
The employer is of the opinion that the employment conditions for those outside the collective labor agreement are at a good level. And when it comes to wage developments for employees outside the collective labor agreement, Shell follows the agreements made at group level.
De Unie is of the opinion that a number of structural agreements should be included in your employment conditions. We are not so much concerned with the current level of employment conditions, but with their development. This is not keeping up with a number of social developments, such as inflation and wage developments in the Netherlands.
However, Shell does not want to consult with De Unie about this. That is why the petition is necessary. To give Shell a signal that its employees do want Shell to... De Unie enter into consultation about this.
Who can sign the petition?
You don't have to be a member of De Unie to do that. Every Shell employee can sign the petition. Therefore, please bring the petition to the attention of your colleagues. The more signatories of the petition, the more powerful the signal to Shell will be!
