Nouryon: voting on the new collective labor agreement

Last week and on January 22, 2024, we further explained the Nouryon collective labor agreement negotiation result of December 12 in four information meetings. A result that concerns the total package, including a social plan, an RVU (company state pension) and a new collective labor agreement.

We believe that through the package of agreements we have been able to significantly compensate for the inflation gap of the last collective labor agreement. The combined agreements regarding wages, a nominal and a percentage increase, played an important role in this. The lower pay scales therefore receive a higher pay increase than the higher pay scales; an effect to which we have not objected in principle this time, given the high inflation rates.

To vote

We urge members to vote regardless of whether you are for or against; exercise your right to vote because you are a trade union member. You can vote until January 31, 2024. We will announce the outcome on February 2. As long as the unions have not yet announced the outcome, there is no collective labor agreement and the wage increase will not yet be paid.
