Fibrant – Collective Labor Agreement 2024-2025

By July 1, 2024, new agreements will have to be made about the employment conditions. The collective labor agreement that is currently in force will then expire. A period of 15 months is then over. Negotiation dates have not yet been set.

How are things going with Fibrant? Are things going better than last year? Are things getting worse? Or are things going just as well? The employer will undoubtedly inform us about this.

Fortunately, inflation is falling again. Maintaining purchasing power and improving purchasing power are thus once again within reach. The tightness of the labor market continues unabated.

What is important to you this year? Where should the priority be? What is negotiable and what is absolutely non-negotiable? Which employment conditions are sacred and which agreements can be improved? There is always something to optimize and update. Let the representative, John Kapteijn, know.

The employer's proposals could then simply be introduced – without negotiation. Although in “good” consultation with the individual employee and only with his consent. That is why it is very important that more and more people are (and remain) connected De Unie. Point out this interest to your colleague who is not connected. It all seems so obvious, but it isn't.
