At the beginning of November we informed the members about the achieved negotiating result for the new collective labor agreement for motor vehicles and two-wheelers. Our members were able to vote in the following weeks and, despite critical voices about the amount of the offer, the majority approved the result.
The other trade unions have announced that their supporters have not agreed with the result and have called on BOVAG to submit an improved offer. Also De Unie would like to see a unanimous agreement that all parties to the collective labor agreement support and naturally welcomes improvements to the current result.
We will keep members informed of further developments during this process and of course continue to engage in discussions to continue to represent interests at the collective labor agreement table.
