A large majority of De Uniemembers has agreed to the recently reached collective labor agreement. 92% of our members voted in favor. The members of the other trade unions and employers have also agreed, making the new collective labor agreement for motor vehicles and two-wheelers a fact.
The most important agreements that the members have now agreed to are:
- As of January 1, 2024, salaries and salary scales will be increased by 6%. This will be applied retroactively. (Your employer may have already applied this in January, in anticipation of the agreement.)
- As of August 1, 2024, salaries and salary scales will be increased by €90, assuming full-time employment. For a part-timer, this amount is calculated in proportion to the number of hours worked. This is 3% for a salary of € 3.000.
- As of January 1, 2025, salaries and salary scales will be increased by 1,5%.
- A term of 15 months (01-11-2023 to 31-01-2025).
In short, this concerns a wage increase of 10,5% in 15 months.
