ING: Emergency meeting ING actions

April 19, 2023
ING

The battle for a good future-proof collective labor agreement for all ING employees has entered a new phase. Unfortunately, one of the other trade unions has now announced that they accept ING's final offer and that they are prepared to conclude a collective labor agreement on this basis. The management of ING has responded positively to this message.

Join now De Unie. You can do that from €0!

Online employee meeting De Unie

De Unie acts on behalf of employees at ING. To do this, we need to communicate well with the employees. Especially when there are important developments, such as now.

De Unie calls on members and interested parties to an online employee meeting:

Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 09.30:10.30 a.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX a.m. at the latest

The link to the meeting can be found here https://www.unie.nl/codeoranjenu

The meeting will be in Dutch with English subtitles.

In the employee meeting we will discuss the following topics:

  • When is a collective agreement final?
  • What actions are planned for April 24?
  • How further?

New situation

There is for De Unie a new situation arises. Of course we had hoped that the members of the two other trade unions would reject the final offer. Then we could at least have continued to campaign together. We wanted to be ready in case the other trade unions could join. That is why we worked hard to complete the organization for the actions of 24 April in time.

What does this mean for you?

Of course, this cannot mean that we give up now. ING has made a bad final offer, which will lead to a bad collective labor agreement. Bad for most employees, bad for the organization. There is now even more work to be done than a year ago. Enough reasons to get together on April 24 and deliver a message to the management.
