De Unie has submitted the collective labor agreement negotiation agreement to the members. After all, they have the final say. Members could vote until last Friday, September 29, 2023.
The result of the vote is now known: 65% of the votes cast were in favor and the collective labor agreement is therefore final. We informed the employer of this on Monday, October 2. The employer has also informed the employees of this. You can make all new appointments here read back.
What now?
The collective labor agreement will come into effect from October 1, 2023. We don't want to sit still now, but we want to get started quickly. The collective labor agreement also includes an agreement about setting up a working group that will, among other things, investigate how we can give Holland Casino employees more control over their free time.
De Unie has previously proposed granting employees super jokers, which you can then use to be guaranteed free time. We will resubmit this proposal to the working group. We remain committed to achieving a better work/life balance for Holland Casino employees.
