The results of the vote on the collective labor agreements within Heineken have been announced! The members of De Unie and MHP Heineken have agreed to the revised final offer dated January 15, 2024. This means that your collective labor agreement has been agreed.
Of course, various comments were made by the members. These mainly focus on the future development of the employment conditions for those who opt for the MMRP. We drew attention to this in the confirmation of the voting results. The most important thing here is that we have asked Heineken to not only follow the Works Councils Act, Article 27, but also Article 32. In short, this means that employee participation has more influence over the content of the employment conditions within the MMRP.
In addition, we have asked for continued involvement from MHP Heineken and De Unie regarding the development of employment conditions for the group of employees who opt for the MMRP.
The members of the other unions involved have also agreed to the revised final offer of January 15, 2024.
The subsequent payment of the collective labor agreement agreements will be paid at the same time as the April 2024 salary.
How further
There is still a lot to be done. As stated in the revised final offer, consultations about the MMRP will continue with the participation bodies. MHP Heineken and De Unie be actively involved. It goes without saying that we will keep members informed of further developments.
