Food Wholesale: negotiation result of new collective labor agreement

These were tough discussions in which we held on to our collective labor agreement proposal letter that you received for as long as possible here can read.
This negotiation result includes the agreements for wage development and pensions for employees who are affected by the collective labor agreement for the Wholesale of Food Products and the Wholesale of Catering Products. These belong in the so-called Foodservice collective labor agreement. All other topics only concern the Collective Labor Agreement for Wholesale in Food. It is formally a negotiation result, but we submit it to our members with a positive voting recommendation. We to have did not everything reached what we wilde to achieve, hence that it is negotiation result heet, but this is it maximale that we are in this round could to achieve. Duration

the collective agreement heeft a duration of 18 maanden, from 1 2024 to 30 June 2025.

Loon

Structural increase in pay scales and actual wages:

  •  6% as of January 1, 2024 for the collective labor agreement, i.e. for both collective labor agreements.
  • Staff members can onder the Goothandel collective labor agreement Foodstuffs fall to get there per 1 2024 yet once 1% on top of en receive with that structural 7% raise.
  • 3% per 1 2025.

Retirement

The BPF Foodservice pension premium remains in 2024 and 2025 at 26,9%.

Thu 1 2026, at the introduction of the Future Pensions Act, is going de pension contribution back to the oude a level of 25,7%.  Premium distribution remains just 2 / 3e part about this account of employers and 1/3rd about this de employees.

Additional appointments:

  • Surcharges working in refrigeration and freezer rooms: The surcharges are calculated per expectant and per 1 2025 with the percentage of the pay raise indexed.
