In the past year, the works council (OR) and your employer have discussed the introduction of a harmonized employee manual. This means that the employee manuals of DSR and DVR have been compared. A single manual has now been created. Containing one set of provisions and regulations.
With De Unie and its fellow unions, consultations have been held about the introduction of a new salary table. We have received a proposal from the employer about this. Read this proposal here.
The new salary table
The proposal means that the employer makes the DSR salary table apply to everyone. This means progress for DVR employees, on the understanding that DVR's MFI allowance will be included in their salary. For a number of DVR employees, the travel allowance will also be slightly more favorable.
Ordered before De Unie and its fellow unions, it is important that no one is left behind. The employer's proposal meets that condition.
Invitation to member meetings
In a trade union, what ultimately matters is what our members think. The unions are therefore organizing two joint membership meetings. The membership meetings take place on:
