Just a quick update. On February 16, 2023, we sat down with the management for the first time to discuss your new CLA at the CBR.
We mainly talked about the results of the survey. A good and open conversation. The results were clear in themselves, but we really wanted to know more about a number of points. For example, how do percentages relate to the number of examiners and the like. This input will be requested from a-advies, the research agency. Next week we hope to be able to share the results with you. Then I hope to be able to provide you with further information about the management's commitment to the upcoming negotiations.
In any case, we have agreed that the CBR for everyone who is a member of in 2023 De Unie is or has become going to pay the contribution. This means that everyone who becomes a member has the right to vote on our letter of collective bargaining proposals and the final result. Please share this with your colleague who is not yet a member so that our position at the collective bargaining table will become even stronger. The next collective bargaining meeting is scheduled for April 11.
Next week we also hope to be able to inform the members in more detail about the results of the survey and what the stakes will be in the negotiations. The opinion of you and your colleagues is in favour De Unie decisive. So to be continued.
