The result of the vote will be announced on Friday before Christmas de Uniemembers became known. With a minimal number, those in favor were in the majority. In fairness, it must be said that almost all of those in favor indicated in the comments that they were actually not satisfied with the result.
Choosing between two evils
We understand that dissatisfaction very well. After all, the final offer that employers submitted was nothing to write home about. Employer parties have been saying for years that they want a new, modern collective labor agreement. But nothing happens and it shouldn't cost anything. But if you vote against, you will not be at the table during this collective labor agreement period and you will have no influence at all and you don't want that either, because the collective labor agreement needs to be changed and improved!
Little confidence in TLN/VVT
There is currently little confidence on the employees' side whether the employer organizations will be able to come up with a good proposal with their supporters for the improved collective labor agreement in the future.
We remain open to a good conversation, but first employers will have to realize that they will have to do quite a bit of work! But above all, employers will have to realize that continuing in the current way will not make any difference and that they themselves will be the losers in the long run.

We remain optimistic and will work to ensure that a good collective labor agreement is reached. To achieve this, we seek connections and rely on our own strength.
