Last Friday (December 8, 2023), TLN/VVT, De Unie and the other unions negotiated for the fourth time to reach a collective labor agreement. This resulted in a final offer from the employer.
Disappointing
Unfortunately, this round was also very disappointing. Employers believe that, partly because they already paid a 7,5% wage increase last year, they do not now have to pay the 10% we requested.
Future agenda
The Future Agenda also appeared to have still not been substantively addressed by employers, but TLN has indicated that it now wants to work on it seriously. Whether we can have confidence in this remains to be seen.
