In this message you will read a correction to a previously communicated wage offer from Arcadis.

On January 18 and January 22, 2024, we, representatives of trade unions and the Arcadis delegation, met for the collective labor agreement negotiations. In these consultations we discussed Arcadis' wage offer.
We see different percentages in the communication from the trade unions and Arcadis. Apparently some ambiguity arose during the conclusion of our last consultation and that is not desirable. To be clear, the following offer has been put on the table by Arcadis.
- 3,5% as of April 1, 2024
- 1,0% as of October 1, 2024
On Wednesday 7 and Monday 26 February we will discuss this offer and the other substantive employment conditions proposals from the three trade unions and Arcadis. Of course, members will receive an update afterwards.
