Arcadis: collective labor agreement negotiations – part 2

The second collective labor agreement meeting was held on Thursday 22 September and the vote for the social framework was completed. Our wage demand is 10% and your employer is not moving in the right direction yet. The majority of members voted in favor of the social framework, which is thus final.

Collective pay rise

Thanks for all the responses and filling out the survey! We have included all input and current inflation figures and we have also pointed to the increase in shareholder compensation. Unfortunately, this did not lead to an agreement on the collective wage increase. Arcadis is still far too far from our 10% wage requirement to compensate for inflation. We would therefore like to ask you to disseminate the link for our survey widely among all colleagues, so that we can show how important this is for the employees within Arcadis. You can share this link.

Other subjects

The next meeting will be on October 10, 2022. We will then discuss the collective wage increase, but also other topics. What should we discuss when we sit down with your employer? You can also share this newsletter with all your colleagues, so that they can also make themselves heard. Let me know here.

Individual salary increase and career opportunities
Do you have enough room for an individual pay increase? Does Arcadis use that space? Can you easily grow in position and in salary scale? What is going well and what would you like to see changed?

Continuous development
Among other things, we propose a personal development budget. What else is important to you and your colleagues? What do you think of your current development opportunities?

Social framework

Our members have agreed to the social framework and so have the members of the other trade unions. This means that the new social framework will come into effect on 1 October. Here you will find the full text.
