Rabobank: Survey salary increase CLA Rabobank 2023

March 28 2022

What salary increase do you expect in 2023?

The collective labor agreement negotiations are held in a special atmosphere. High inflation and long-term wage moderation at Rabobank are causing great dissatisfaction among employees. Due to the high profit for 2021 and the tight labor market, the idea of now or never has arisen among employees. De Unie responded to this with a strong demand for wages. In the collective labor agreement negotiations, the trade unions are asking Rabobank to raise wages and pay scales by 5,5%. The 5,5% corresponds to Rabobank's inflation forecast for the year 2022. In addition, we ask 1,5% as a first step to repair the loss of purchasing power in the past.

Petition

Rabobank employees have started a petition. In this petition, Rabobank is asked for a collective labor agreement in which the loss of purchasing power is substantially repaired.

The petition is going well, the number of employees who have signed the petition is growing to 8.000.

Poll trade associations

We would like to know what the concrete expectations of the employees who have signed the petition. That is why trade unions are organizing a quick survey in which we ask Rabobank employees to indicate what they consider realistic as a structural salary increase. That's a question you might have to think about for a while, because it's not just about your own wallet, but also that of the CFO.

Participate and spread the poll

Fill in the poll. Then forward this newsletter to your colleagues. We want to reach as many employees as possible. This poll is open on Monday 28 March and Tuesday 29 March† Wednesday 30 March 2022 is the last day of the collective labor agreement consultation. Then trade unions and Rabobank must make a final decision about the structural salary increase.
