On Friday 1 October, we and the other trade unions reached a negotiated result with Zorgverzekeraars Nederland about your new pension scheme and collective labor agreement. Below is an explanation of the results of both subjects.

Retirement
We have opted in good harmony for a defined contribution plan until 1 January 2027 with an interim cancellation clause. This cancellation clause is necessary in order to be able to switch to the new national pension system in the interim if necessary. The study on this will continue.
Social partners will continue to pay the same premium in the scheme in the same division between employer and employee. The same pot is also used to subsequently lower the employee premium. However, the return will be better than it is in the current scheme. We also use the maximum fiscal scope for the pension scheme. High
In addition to the pension, the new collective labor agreement as of 1 October 2021 has also been negotiated. We eventually agreed on the last outstanding points. There will be a collective wage increase from 1 October 2021 of 2,4% wages for a one-year collective labor agreement, 5 May will be an annual day off and there will be an expansion of leave savings. Unfortunately, we couldn't get our hands on the Early Retirement Scheme (RVU). You can read all agreements made in the negotiation result. All in all, a good result for both pension and the collective labor agreement!
Vote and sequel
We submit the entire pension and collective labor agreement to the members of the trade unions for a vote. Members have been invited to vote. In the event of a positive result, the pension fund can ensure that the new pension scheme is ready for you as of 1 January 2022. You will of course also receive a new text for the 2021/2022 collective labor agreement for health insurers.
