In the past period there have been a number of consultations. Retirement was discussed and we also reflected on the departure of the chairman of the board of directors.
Retirement
Most of the discussions in the past period were about pensions and the choice of a new contract, as described in the WTP pension law. We are still discussing this and have not yet been able to agree on a joint direction.
Departure of Chairman of the Board of Directors
Also De Unie has received the message that the chairman of the board of directors is not available for a subsequent term. A new chairman is currently being sought. We hope that the position can be filled quickly, as there is still a lot of work to be done.
We are satisfied that we have been able to extend the social plan for a year. A number of study assignments have been agreed on the social plan. Meetings to discuss this will be scheduled soon.
