Last week we sent a newsletter to members pointing out the individual support they are entitled to as Union members.
Have you been told that you are losing your job? Then you can contact our lawyers for a check of your settlement agreement (VSO) and the calculation of your severance payment. Do you want to use this? Then send the necessary documents as soon as possible, preferably this week sc@unie.nl so that our lawyers can assist you on time. In addition to your VSO, send a copy of your employment contract and the latest pay slips and also state your name and your employer.
Our lawyers can also help you with other questions about matters such as unemployment benefits, disputes with the employer, and so on.
