These are turbulent and troubled times at VDL Nedcar. A lot happens and that certainly has consequences for the employee to a lesser or greater extent.

De Unie of course supports the members if you need it. For that, take via sc@unie.nl please contact our Service Center. For example, our lawyers can help with checking a settlement agreement (VSO) and calculating the severance payment. In addition to a VSO, our lawyers can also monitor and advise on a new contract, with Nedcar or with another VDL entity. And of course they are also ready in case of any disputes with the employer. If the changes at VDL Nedcar have an impact on you, and you are faced with dismissal, formal changes, documents from the employer, etc.: let our Service Center inform you what we can do for you.
