The outcome of our member consultation on your employer's final offer is negative. This is based on the responses we have received from our members so far.

This outcome has now also been passed on to your employer with the request to renegotiate with us as soon as possible about a better result that is acceptable to everyone.
We are now awaiting a response from Signify to our request. In the meantime, we cannot adopt a wait-and-see attitude. To ensure that the employer responds quickly and adequately to our request, we must together (members and non-members) let Signify know that it is not only the wish of our members, but also of the majority of the staff.
We would like to show this to Signify together with the other trade unions through a joint pamphlet and with the help of a survey. This is now urgently needed to get the employer to the table as soon as possible. That's why we're asking you for this this message with survey forward it to your colleagues who are not members of the trade unions. Have them also read the pamphlet and complete the survey. The more colleagues do that, the stronger we are in negotiations! This is possible until the second week of January 2023.
