's negotiating delegation De Unie held consultations with Rabobank on March 4 and 5, 2024. We talked about the adjustments to the pension scheme. As we indicated earlier, this is necessary due to the introduction of the Future Pensions Act (Wtp).

Progress of the consultation

The parties to the consultation have the same opinion on many issues. But there are also essential topics that require more consultation. The consultation will continue on March 14, 2024. The period until March 14 will continue De Unie used to update executives and sharpen the negotiating strategy. And of course also to answer as many questions from members as possible. And further

A number of points have not yet been discussed. The most important of these is the scheme for participants who become incapacitated for work. On March 14 we will discuss all topics on which a final decision has yet to be made. Collective labor agreement parties are well on their way to reaching an agreement about pensions.
